Qantas pilot declares mayday emergency after ‘fire’ during Sydney to Auckland flight

A Qantas flight from Sydney was forced to call the pilot on the ship, after a scary air emergency.

QFA141 was going to Auckland when a potential fire was followed in the pilot cargo warehouse and demanding a complete emergency.

The Qantas Boeing 737 appears to be 163 people at that time.

The flight started at 7.07 and landed at Auckland International Airport around 11.50 hours surrounded by emergency vehicles.

A Qantas spokesman said the pilots received intermittent indicators about possible fire during a flight.

It seems that the warnings started about an hour after Auckland, but there was no smoke in the cabin.

“The plane landed at the Auckland Airport safely and the passengers landed.

“Pre -investigations report that there is no fire in the front cargo. Our engineers will examine the plane to determine the reason.”

A fire and emergency New Zealand spokesman, at 11.05 Auckland Airport was warned against an emergency, he said.

“We reported that a Qantas flight from Sydney was burning fire next to a flight.

“The sixteen fire trucks from the Auckland region respond to the incident.”
