Ralf Schumacher’s ex-wife has leveled a veiled criticism at him about his new marriage to a man, as new photos from the ceremony have emerged.
The former F1 driver, who is the brother of legendary ex-Ferrari star Michael, married Etienne Bousquet-Cassagne in Saint-Tropez over the weekend.
Ralf, 50, and Bousquet-Cassagne, 36, married just 19 months after the former driver announced he was gay, and his ex-wife Cora made a thinly veiled dig by appearing to wish him all the best.
he said BILD: ‘They always say: True love finds a way. In some cases it takes a little longer for everyone on the racetrack to truly understand which direction the race is going. Still, best wishes for your wedding.’
The ‘Which way is the race going’ line appeared to reference the sexuality of her ex-husband, who has been married for 13 years and shares a son named David.
The relationship between the two has been very strained since their separation, and Cora even burned her wedding dress.

The happy couple threw a lavish ceremony and after-party for their friends and family.

He also made a public appeal for Schumacher to leave him alone so he could “recover in peace” after reacting angrily to the bombshell, claiming that he had “wasted his best years on Schumacher”.

The ceremony was an intimate affair where the happy couple was surrounded by a small group of close friends and family.
They then crossed the Bay of Saint-Tropez on a speedboat previously owned by Elton John.
