Concept of live-in against settled law in middle class society: Allahabad HC

Justice Siddhaarth observed a woman who was accused of sexually exploiting a woman under the pretext of marriage.
The court also expressed its discontent in the increasing number of such cases reaching the courts.
“The court, the court, the court, such cases are tired. These cases come to the court, because the concept of relationship is against the established laws in the Indian Middle Class Association (Sic).” He said.
The court said that live relationships were damaged in a disproportionate way, that men could marry after the continuation and even after the end of such relationships, and it was difficult for women to find a life partner after a disintegration.
When the court was adopted on June 24, a defendant named Shane Alam, which was reserved under the various provisions of the BNS, made observations while dealing with bail, and the PocSo law refused to marry him on the allegations of establishing a physical relationship with a non -disregard of marriage. The applicant’s lawyer argued that Survivor was traveling in several places together, but his client was accused of promising a wrong marriage. The lawyer added that the applicant has been in prison since 22 February and that he did not have a criminal record.
On the contrary, the informant lawyer said that the defendant ruined his life because he would not marry him.
The court observed that the concept of life attracted the young generation too much, and the results were seen in cases like now.
