Dhurandhar makers have announced a ‘dhamakedaar’ offer across India for the sixth Tuesday with discounted ticket prices of Rs 149. The much-anticipated sequel Dhurandhar 2, starring Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, will witness a huge box office clash with Yash’s Toxic on March 19.

The adrenaline-filled spy thriller has an ensemble cast including Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Danish Pandor, Gaurav Gera and Rakesh Bedi in lead roles. Over the past month, Dhurandhar has become a full-blown social media sensation, sparking intense reactions from viewers, viral clips and a wave of memes across platforms. It captured the attention of audiences across the country with its taut narrative, impressive performances, exciting music and spot-on cast.

Sharing the same poster on their social media handles, production house Jio Studios wrote: “Aisi ghatak presents miss mat karna! Experience Dhurandhar for just Rs 149 for today only. Hurry! Book your tickets. Dhurandhar Ruling Cinemas Worldwide.”
The effect of discounted prices was also reflected at the box office. The Aditya Dhar directorial earned a net worth of Rs 860.10 crore in India in its first 39 days. The film collected Rs 2.70 crore nett in India on its sixth Monday, the 39th day since its release on December 5. According to initial trading estimates, due to falling ticket prices, Dhurandhar rose slightly on its sixth Tuesday and netted Rs 3 billion in India. As the spy thriller begins to wind down in its sixth week, it is set to complete its theatrical run as the fourth highest-grossing Indian film of all time, behind Dangal (Rs 2070 crore), Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (Rs 1810 crore) and Pushpa 2: The Rule (Rs 1742 crore).
Dhurandhar Part 2 is scheduled to release in theaters on March 19, 2026, coinciding with the festive weekend of Eid, Gudi Padwa and Ugadi. The sequel is set for a huge box office showdown with Indian period gangster drama Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, starring Yash, Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Rukmini Vasanth, Huma Qureshi and Tara Sutaria. The stunning first look of the Geetu Mohandas directorial, which was announced on the KGF star’s birthday last week, has already created a buzz in the industry. Adding to the crowded release list, Adivi Sesh’s bilingual action film Dacoit, co-directed with Mrunal Thakur and Anurag Kashyap, is also scheduled to hit the theaters on the same day.
