While Meghan has not visited Britain properly since 2022, her visit this year is believed to be part of her husband’s attempt to reconcile with his royal relatives. That’s because they need their relationship with the Royal Family to help them stay “relevant,” according to one royal expert. This is believed to be especially true for Meghan.
Majesty Magazine editor-in-chief Ingrid Seward he told The Sun: “I think Harry is keen to reconcile with the family, and I’m sure Meghan is doing the same because she needs that royal gold dust glow around her so she can become interesting again and her overall popularity increases.
“I’m sure they both committed despicable acts. Americans hate her for Meghan at home right now.”
“Her popularity has been shattered – of course there will always be Meghan superfans – but she is largely seen as someone who has cut ties with her own family, and has also cut Harry and the children off from their families.
“Americans love the Royal family too, so getting them back would help her situation greatly. Meghan needs to mend those fences, but she needs to take a backseat and slowly figure this out.”
Harry spent almost a week in the UK earlier this month, while his wife and children spent only a few days in Britain.
