Renewed bushland search for missing 24-year-old woman

Investigators are scouring the woodland in a renewed search for a 24-year-old woman three years after she mysteriously disappeared.

Lucinda Miller was last seen on 16 October 2022 in Neerim South, West Gippsland, approximately 110 km east of Melbourne.

Investigators believe he was dropped off by a rideshare vehicle on McDougal Road near Whitelaw Circuit around 11.30am.

Detectives will search bushland about 3km from the original search area on Tuesday, with assistance from the State Emergency Service, federal police, country firefighters and department crews.

Police have released photographs of the clothing Ms Miller is believed to have been wearing at the time of her disappearance, including a brown beanie, pink trousers, cream parker jacket and black flat shoes.

Anyone who came across the clothes he was known to be carrying or two vodka bottles while walking through woodland in the area was asked to come forward.

Police said Ms. Miller’s disappearance is not being treated as suspicious.

He is approximately 165 cm tall, has a slim build and has blonde hair.

Anyone who has seen Ms Miller or has any information is asked to call Warragul Police Station.
