Rep. Sherrill declines to endorse NYC mayor candidate Mamdani again

New Jersey representative Mikie Sherrill once again refused to approve the mayor candidate in the neighboring New York, the Democratic Guernatorial candidate.
“I do not participate in this race because I am focusing on New Jersey. I will let the New York people decide on this race,” “I do not participate in this race.” He said.

“People in New Jersey are constantly talking about meability.”

Mamdani used social media platforms, including Tiktok, while dealing with low basic voters. He proposed to ride on New York’s wide bus system, Cuny (New York City University) “Uninformed”, making freezing rents in municipal houses and offering “free children care” for children up to 5 years of age and to establish markets operated by the state.
Mamdani, his rivals for the left -wing platform and his verbal attacks on Israel, the past critical comments on the New York City Police Department (NYPD) and the proposal to remove certain responsibilities from the NYPD and focus on social services and community -based programs were heavily criticized.
