Ret. Major General Says He’s Been Told the Military Is ‘Already Saying No’ To Pentagon Higher-Ups
Retired Army Major General Randy Manner he told MS NOW Nicolle Wallace He had secondhand knowledge that military officials had told Pentagon leadership “no” on Tuesday.

So I don’t think the world needs to worry. And I’m not trying to ignore this renegade controversy and this strange behavior of our president. However, I don’t think anything important will happen at 20:00 tonight. I believe the answer will be no.
When asked to clarify Wallace’s remarks, Manner said the Secretary of Defense had briefed him.
