Richard Hendrie’s ‘miracle’ — to win Farrer for the Greens

A lot has been done on it Betting odds for the upcoming Farrer by-election. At the time of this writing, One Nation is sitting at the shortest rate of $1.80; the unnamed “indie” follows at $1.95 (this chance is projected to community indie Michelle Milthorpe); Liberals at $21; and Nationals at $26.

But what I find most interesting is Greens candidate Richard Hendrie’s $101 rate.

Hendrie, the 2025 Albury Citizen of the Year and a mental health advocate who has a law degree and is currently studying for a master’s degree in health economics, is throwing his hat back in the ring after an unsuccessful bid in the 2025 federal election.
