Rishi Sunak joins Microsoft and Anthropic as adviser: Is it a paid role? What former UK PM said

Former British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said on Thursday that he has joined US tech giant Microsoft and artificial intelligence startup Anthropic, led by Satya Nadella, as a senior adviser.

In a post on LinkedIn, Sunak said: “I’m delighted to say that I will be working with Microsoft and Anthropic, two of the world’s leading technology companies. Microsoft has been pioneering productivity improvements for decades and Anthropic is one of the most exciting AI leading laboratories.”
