Rising Food Costs Hit Restaurants

Affordability is front and center this Thanksgiving week, and grocery shoppers aren’t the only ones feeling the pinch. Restaurants across the country are grappling with rising costs that many customers don’t realize. A new report from the Public Policy Institute of California shows that food prices are up nearly 30% from six years ago.
