Robert Irwin offers Australia Zoo as wedding venue for Taylor Swift’s upcoming nuptials

Robert Irwin has extended a healthy invitation to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce to a wedding Down Under.

The mega superstar and his Superbowl-winning partner set the internet abuzz after announcing their engagement in August, with many speculating about when and where their upcoming nuptials would take place.

The 22-year-old Australian conservationist also joined the conversation and offered the happy couple a heartwarming suggestion in a preview of US television network ABC’s 15th annual year-end special.

“Wow, Travis and Taylor. You know, I think this wedding is definitely what it would be? If it was an Australian wedding,” Irwin told host Robin Roberts.

In the now-viral clip, the recent Dancing with the Stars winner revealed that weddings are a common occurrence at her family’s Queensland-based zoo.

“One of the most popular things we do is weddings at the Australia Zoo, we’ve hosted quite a few,” he said.

“We have a beautiful location overlooking the African savannah, where rhinos and giraffes are out in the wild frolicking, and you get married on top of it, and it’s just stunning.”

The late Crocodile Hunter’s son concluded the track with a short and simple message for the couple: “Taylor and Travis, hit me up – I got you!”

Australia Zoo has hosted many wedding ceremonies in recent years; this includes Robert’s older sister Bindi’s high-profile wedding in 2020.

This wouldn’t be the tight ends Life of a Showgirl singer and Chiefs’ first foray into an Australian zoo.

The high-profile couple made headlines in early 2024 when they were photographed at Sydney Zoo on the Australian leg of the pop sensation’s Eras Tour.
