Roberto’s Pizzeria, Robertson – SMH Good Food app review

The great regional pizza renaissance continues. Roberto’s (because what else would you call a pizzeria in Robertson?) Opened in August 2025, you can take delicious, chewy, charred, Neapolitan-style pizzas to your vacation rental by the box load, or reserve a table and eat straight from the wood-fired oven.

Naturally, there’s a margherita with buffalo mozzarella and super fresh basil; Many of the original creations are powered by local produce like slow-cooked brisket, goat cheese and habanero aioli. A longer hit Aperol-based cocktails can include arancini and bucatani Amatriciana.
