Telangana HC Orders Detailed Report on Shifting Osmania General Hospital

Haydarabad: On Tuesday, the Supreme Court of TaLangana directed the state government to present a detailed report on the shift of Osmania General Hospital to the Goshamahal Stadium. The Chief Justice Department was a petition opened by the local calm G. Ramu, the local calm G. Mohiuddin, the Council of Justice.
The petition owner stated that the proposed site is for a playground and cannot be used for other purposes. His lawyer argued that the transfer of the stadium land was illegal and that the government did not take into account the representations related to it. The GO, which was removed by the government to transfer the land to the medical and health department, tried to put it aside.
Lawyer-General A. Sudarshan Redy, representing the state, reported that the transfer process was completed to the court and that a public school in the region was moved. He asked for a week to make a detailed statement. The bench, who accepted the request, postponed the hearing until September 26th.
