Ruby Rose claims Katy Perry sexually assaulted her 20 years ago; The “Dark Horse” singer vehemently denies this claim as “reckless lies.”

Over the weekend, the 40-year-old “Orange is the New Black” actress made explosive claims while responding to an article about Perry’s reaction to Justin Bieber’s Coachella performance on Saturday.

“Katy Perry sexually assaulted me at the spice market nightclub in Melbourne. Who cares what she thinks.” he wrote In matters.

When a Threads user asked her to expand on the claim, Rose wrote: “I threw up at him after that. I told the story publicly but changed it to ‘funny little drunk story’ because I didn’t know how else to handle the situation. He then agreed to help me get my US visa. So I kept it a secret. But I TOLD you he wasn’t a good person. Instead I was attacked by everyone.”

A representative for Perry immediately shut down the “categorically false” claims.

“The allegations made by Ruby Rose about Katy Perry circulating on social media are not only categorically false, they are dangerous and reckless lies,” a representative for Perry said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public allegations against various individuals on social media, allegations that have been repeatedly denied by the individuals named.”

In another post, Rose said it took him almost 20 years to come forward with the allegations.

“I was only in my early 20s. I’m 40 now. It took almost 20 years to make this public,” he wrote. “While I am so grateful that I was able to hold out long enough to find my voice, it just goes to show how much of an impact trauma and sexual assault has. Thank you for having me.”

Rose also detailed the alleged incident, writing: “As a woman, I speak out about W and W for countless reasons. [women-on-women] Violence and sexual abuse seem 100 times harder to talk about than male predators, at least to me.”

Although Rose said he was not interested in filing a report, he welcomed Perry’s legal action.

“[Katy] suing me is welcome (not because it happened, there are photos of me and it was literally public and witnessed by more than one person). There’s also a lot more going on in the years before that stupid song of his that he doesn’t want me to discuss. “The psychological manipulation was strong in this one,” he wrote.

In 2019, Rose detailed her struggles with mental health since childhood.

“I’ve struggled with my mental health my entire life,” Rose captioned a photo of herself in a hospital bed just before her “OITNB” appearance. “I was first diagnosed with depression at 13, then major depressive disorder at 16. When I was 18, I found out I had dissociative amnesia.”

Rose revealed that she was initially diagnosed with bipolar disorder after experiencing trauma at a young age, but later discovered she was suffering from severe depression and an overactive thyroid.

Then came “many dark times,” according to Rose.

“He’s on medication, he’s not taking medication, he’s on and off, on and off, depending on every misdiagnosis,” he said.

Rose later said she was hospitalized multiple times for mental health issues and attempted suicide “at the age of 12.”

“What I’ve learned from mental health struggles is how strong I am,” Rose continued. “How wonderful people are because they love me and support me, but yet you can’t judge those who don’t understand and don’t know how to do it. You can’t judge people at all because you never know what they’re going through.”

He added one final thought: “This is self-love [sic] and personal care [sic] It’s more important than anything else.”
