The woman in the video claims that she does not speak English and questiones the Malayalam speaking staff in the bank.
“If he doesn’t understand Kannada, why is it here?” Hindustan Times may announce that the customer can be heard in the video.
While the manager is talking to another officer in Malayalam, the customer continues to ask for a statement about the money received from his account without any warning.
“He wasn’t friendly to me. When I tried to ask, he started to make strange faces,” he said.

As the video became viral on social media, users shared contradictory landscapes. Some accused him of doing all this to draw attention online, while others standing by the customer and supporting their demand.

“But someone is helping him and he speaks in Kannada and gives him the right information … What information do you want for a fuss, and do you cause any problems?
In contrast, several users supported women, but questioned the bank’s services, the recruitment process.
