Russian army meltdown as Ukraine kills two senior commanders in huge blow to Putin | World | News

A storm in Donetsk, the commander of the 8th army of Russia, was killed in a shadow missile attack. In addition, reports that Russia’s Deputy Commander of the Black Sea fleet have been eliminated, but this has not yet been officially confirmed.

Kiev’s army launched a major drone and missile attack in the occupied regions of Russia and Ukraine on Monday. As part of the bombardment, Storm Shadow missiles were fired at Donetsk, Crimea and Rostov in Russia.

The missiles hit the center of the 8th combined arms army in Russia’s Donetsk City and caused significant damage.

Ordu Headquarters was located in the building of Donetsk Donetsk Metals Institute near a shopping center.

Video images sent to social media show the building swallowed by a violent hell, while firefighters desperately try to basket the flames.

Damage to nearby buildings and cars can also be seen in the commonly shared dramatic images.

Following the attack, reports claimed that Russian officers died in a deadly strike.

Now it was confirmed that Colonel Ruslan Goreachkin, the commander of the 8th army, died on a missile strike.

The senior officer was born and grew up in Sukhumi, Abkhazia, a separatist republic, previously a part of Georgia.

His death was first reported by Ukrainian military and blogger Anatolii Shtefan (Shtirlitz).

Later, the public forums in Abkhazia admit that the commander had died in a war zone “fulfilling his duty”.

Meanwhile, some Russian military bloggers claim that Admiral Deputy Admiral Ildar Akhmerov was killed by Ukraine special forces in the Crimea.

Since November last year, Akhmerov has been serving as the first deputy commander of the Russian Black Sea fleet.

A Russian Z-Blogger wrote: “This war. As a result of a insidious coup by Ukraine’s Gur Mo, the Deputy Admiral and Black Sea fleet Ildar Akhmerov officer was killed.

He continued: “We have to revenge on death. We expect a response from the decision -making centers.”
