Perth Bears add most experienced name to roster with Curran

Curran’s signing comes after the Bears had a play around with fellow versatile forward Keaon Koloamatangi before signing a massive five-year deal with St George Illawarra.

Perth are pursuing Tino Fa’asuamaleaui and have made no secret of their desire to lure him west if he chooses the option of leaving the Gold Coast.

“Josh brings a unique combination of skill and mastery on the ball as well as defensive determination,” Perth coach Mal Meninga said.

“He plays with intensity and determination to make his teammates shine.
