Cries for help lead rescuers to injured hiker after terrifying 25-foot plunge at popular waterfall

The dramatic video shows to the savior who helps a hikers who have fallen about 25 feet to the rocks at a popular walking point.
The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon in Big Falls near Forest Falls in San Bernardino Mountains.
San Bernardino District Fire Brigade officials, emergency intervention teams at 15:45 at someone heard that someone cried for help, he said.
Authorities, the caller could not see the wounded wicker, but he said he reported hearing screams for help until half of the falls.

Inspectors said that the hikers were trying to browse the waterfall in a wet and slippery part and caused about 25 feet to fall into a rocky basin below.
Rescue teams went to this place and found that the victim was subjected to serious injuries. After evaluating his condition, they demanded a helicopter equipped with lifting capabilities and determined that it was the safest and fastest method to reach and evacuate perpendicular to it.

A medical officer was downloaded from the helicopter and he took the help of the ground teams in a Stokes basket. Later, as shown in the dramatic video, a nearby trauma center was referred to. The current medical condition is uncertain.
No other injury was reported.

San Bernardino County Fire has published a reminder for hikers to stay on the designated roads and to be cautious near the waterfalls.
