“He’s a really smart football player. I really enjoy watching him, to make these good runs with the right timing. You don’t teach them how to play football – they already know how to do it,” he added.

“For me, I can rather give them more confidence in order to make them the best version of the field, but sometimes I can give more details about when to run, how to do something better.”
