Sam Nicoresti is first trans comedian to win best show in Edinburgh Comedy Awards

British comedian Sam Nicoresti won the best comedy show at Edinburgh Fringe, the first transsexual person to win the award.
Nicoresti received the award of the Baby Doomer show, which is investigating life as a trans woman.
Ayoade Bamgboye went to the Victoria Wood prize Comedy Club 4 Kids.
This is the first year of the FMINGE, the first year of the annual joke, which is the basis for the best part of the twenty years.
The main prize of Edinburgh Comedy Awards recognizes the best performance and routine every year.
It was launched in 1981 and is receiving loans to help establish careers of modern comedy elders.
Nicoresti received the award and received a £ 10,000 in a short list, defined as the “Stars of Tomorrow”.
Guardian The show received the Baby Doomer four stars award and called “an Ebullient watch with a high census of the sky”.
Meanwhile, Swings and Roundabouts, which benefited from the moving of Bamgboye from Nigeria to England, “Exciting output”.
Nica Burns, Director of Edinburgh Comedy Awards, said that the winners have captured the modern comedy spirit – “brave, bright and deeply attached to the audience”.
He said: “Sam Nicoresti’s baby apocalypse is a skillful woven, polished and exquisite person, laughing for seconds to explain his words.
“Ayoade Bamgboye’s first hour is electric, keeping you on your toes.
“What begins as a daily joke about the cooperative is transformed into a rich, surreal world with deep emotional depth. He offers everything with extraordinary charisma and existence. Ayoade has a bright future.”
Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 45th.
Previous winners include Stephen Fry, Steve Coogan, Lee Evans, Al Murray, Sarah Millican, Omid Djalili, Eddie Izzard, Tim Cinchin, Gentlemen League, Jenny Eclair and Frank Skinner.
