On Friday, September 26, 2025, a court was corrected as the next hearing date on 28 October in a lawsuit against the Congress leader Rahul Gandhi during the opening of the AICC office earlier this year.

The issue appeared before the additional regional judge Aarti Fouzdar in the Chandausi Regional Court. The case, which was filed by Hindu Shakti Dal Simran Gupta National President, has been listed on September 26 after more than one postponement since May.

Mr. Gupta said PTI On January 15, at the opening of the Indira Bhavan of the Congress Center, Mr. Gandhi stated that “our fight was not with BJP or RSS, but by the Indian state”.

Mr. Gupta claimed that the expression was damaging public emotions throughout the country.

Gupta, “Regional Magistrates’ Judge, SP Sambhal and other officials after the announcement, after not heard, on January 23, I filed a lawsuit at the Chandousi court.” He said.

The court has heard about the issue before the postponement to 28 October before Friday, May 16, June 16, July 18 and Friday, May 25th since then.

“Rahul Gandhi’s lawyer Sagir Saifi, today (Friday) revision, gave an answer to our petition. We will present a counter against this. The court may include the arguments that depend on the direction of the judiciary.” The Senior defender, who represented Mr. Gandhi, told journalists that the defense presented the objections on Friday.

“The complainant sought time to respond. The court now listed the case for October 28, and then arguments can take place.” He said.
