San Diego freeway encampment cleared, loads of trash removed

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Caltrans and the California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA) announced that a campground on Interstate 5 in San Diego was cleared this week.

California Highway Patrol, El Cajon District Officerecently assigned an officer to deal solely with homeless encampments in the community.
