SC orders status quo in Sambhal mosque row, issues notice

Justices Ps Narasimha and Chandurkar have passed the orders.
The upper court applied by the Masjid Committee to a appeal that rejected the defense of the Supreme Court of Allahabad against the survey ordered by a SAMBHAL Court in the Harihar temple dispute and maintained the direction of the civil court in the direction of the survey.
The Supreme Court said that the court commissioner appointment and the case were sustainable.
The mosque committee mobilized the Supreme Court against the November 19 civilian judge order, which ruled the survey of the Babür Period Mosque on the same day.
The Committee claimed that a second survey on November 24 last year was illegal because the civil court never ordered it.
