SC to Hear Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Plea in 2026

New Delhi: The Supreme Court said that on Monday, in 2026, Tamil Nadu Deputy Prime Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin would hear all the fir and complaints on the controversial “Eradik Sanatan Dharma” statements in 2023.
Stalin’s defense came to hear before a bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Sandep Mehta.
Senior lawyer Mukul Rohatgi, who appeared for the petition owner, pointed out that a few fires and complaints were made against Stalin.
“This court has done two things in a few cases in the past.” He said.
Justice Nath later, “This court did many things in the past. This does not mean that we need to do the same thing.”
When Rohatgi called the issue to be published for 2026, the bench allowed it.
On March 6, the upper court ordered the controversial “Sanatan Dharma” to be registered against Stalin without shaking his head.
The Apex Court also gave a temporary order on the exemption of personal appearance in the courts who heard the existing FIRS.
The upper court felt the claim that Stalin’s fires were throwing clubs and transferring complaints to a place for future transactions.
“We also think that it is appropriate to guide that no other case will be registered and progress without the permission of this court.” He said.
Stalin’s lawyer, as well as Maharashtra’nın Patna, Jammu, Bengaluru’da registered in the FIRS gave information about the alleged incident to be transferred to a place to be transferred to the case – Tamil Nadu.
