See how Jennifer Aniston has transformed her $21M Bel Air mansion into the ultimate ‘Zen den’ to chill with hypnotist boyfriend Jim Curtis

Exclusive Daily Mail photos reveal Jennifer Aniston has gone full ‘Zen’ for love, transforming her $21 million Bel Air mansion into a tranquil haven for her hypnotist boyfriend.
Just four months after going Instagram official with hunky guru Jim Curtis, 50, Aniston has expanded her tranquil Japanese rock garden to fit her Zen lifestyle.
Designed for quiet contemplation, the garden features carefully positioned rocks surrounded by a bubbling pot-style fountain, a white Japanese stone pagoda, and black pebbles in circular patterns; An idyllic meditation spot for spiritually inclined couples.
In addition to the Asian-inspired nook, Aniston, 57, added a large sundial that adorns the wall of the pool house.
Sitting next to a large potted bonsai tree, black queen-sized lounge chairs offer another tranquil outdoor space on the patio.
A small, intimate seating area for two, set around a candle and surrounded by beaked yucca, a tree-like succulent plant, is the perfect spot for romantic date nights.

Meanwhile, a large barbecue next to the pool makes the area ideal for entertaining friends.
A hypnotherapist in the wellness field for more than two decades, Curtis can also enjoy the lush backyard, where expansive green lawns lead to a sun-drenched rectangular pool, a large wooden sundeck, and a pool house.
Despite a well-documented home break-in scare last year, Aniston continues to call the sprawling 10,000-square-foot property her primary residence in California.
She spends most of her free time here with Curtis, who splits his time between Los Angeles and New York.
Aside from her personal touches, the essence of the property remains unchanged, including the luxury kennel and play area for her three beloved dogs: Schnauzer mix Clyde; Lord Chesterfield, a Labrador retriever adopted in 2020; and Sophie, a white pit bull mix.
Purchased in 2011 and once shared with ex-husband Justin Theroux, Aniston’s Bel Air mansion has become her personal haven since they divorced in 2018 after three years of marriage.

Aniston, who once swore that she was happy to have children and be with her dogs, seems to get stronger with her new lover.
The lovebirds were seen together in exclusive Daily Mail photos arriving at Godmothers Bookstore in Summerland in early January, standing close as they stepped out of their SUV.
They looked relaxed and low-key as they made their way to Curtis’s two-hour wellness event, but Curtis could be seen limping towards the front of the vehicle, holding a clipboard and notepad, as a female bookstore employee hurriedly approached to greet him.
Curtis previously revealed that when he was just 22, doctors discovered lesions on his spinal cord, which sometimes made him dependent on a cane and making it difficult to walk.
The couple also celebrated their first Valentine’s Day together; Aniston shared a photo of herself holding a box of Sweethearts and Curtis visible in the background.
Their love has grown stronger since last year, and the couple made it Instagram official in November 2025, when Curtis celebrated his 50th birthday.

Aniston, who was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005 and Theroux from 2015 to 2018, first sparked romance rumors with Curtis in 2025, when they were spotted vacationing together in Mallorca, Spain, over the Fourth of July weekend.
Curtis also said on the Today Show in January that they had been dating for “close to a year.”
Their relationship took a step further in September 2025 when she supported him on the third season premiere of Apple TV+ drama The Morning Show.
Although Aniston usually keeps her relationships private, the star opened up about Curtis in an interview with Elle in November.
‘Hypnotism is one of the many things he does. “He’s a very extraordinary person and he helps a lot of people,” Aniston said.
‘He is so special, so normal and so kind, and he wants to help people heal and bring clarity to their trauma and stagnation. ‘It’s a beautiful thing to dedicate your life to.’
