Sen John Fetterman pledges to be ‘last man standing’ in the Democratic Party in support of Israel

“As Democrats continue to abandon Israel, I will be the last man standing if necessary,” Fetterman said.

“Has Israel done anything over the last few weeks that you think is a mistake in its approach to this conflict or in what Netanyahu has said?” Fox News host Laura Ingraham asked.
“No, absolutely, absolutely not,” Fetterman responded. “So Israel did what was necessary.”
While some Democrats have condemned Israel’s bombing campaign in Gaza, citing mass casualties and the ongoing occupation, Fetterman has signaled that he is ready to break with his party on the issue.
“I’m honestly the last Democrat who’s proud to stand with Israel,” Fetterman told Fox News. “I can read the polls and see how unpopular Israel is, but I’m proud to stand with Israel through all of this.”
Fetterman continued to praise the President Donald Trump‘s Epic Operation RageHe said he would “never understand” why his fellow Democrats failed to notice what he described as positive developments in the campaign against Iran.

“They were an evil regime, and I think removing their leadership is a powerful development,” Fetterman said. he said.

Fetterman also affirmed America’s commitment to its “special ally” Israel, while calling on individuals with large platforms to direct criticism of Iran.

“America is not perfect, but we are as much a force of good as Israel,” Fetterman said.
“If you have a platform and you want to criticize someone, criticize IranCriticize Hamas, criticize Hezbollah.”
