Sense Yowani retirement village adds 200 apartments to Lyneham | The Canberra Times

The first phase of the Newlyne project includes another six-story building with 56 additional retirement living homes. The building, which is currently under construction, is expected to be completed and occupied by residents within the next 12 months.
