How Andrew’s ‘rude’ comment about Kate sparked bitter feud between ex-prince and William – who ‘couldn’t wait for the day’ when Charles finally threw him out

The Prince and Princess of Wales have made it clear that a definitive separation from Andrew is the only way the Royal Family can move forward, the Daily Mail has revealed.
As Andrew’s fall from grace continues with the removal of his titles this week, it is claimed that a ‘rude’ comment about Kate was the first thing that led to a violent row with his nephew William, who ‘couldn’t wait’ for him to be kicked out of the Royal Lodge.
Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, 65, was married to his older brother, King King III, on Thursday. In a shock move by Charles II (76), he was deprived of his principality and effectively evicted from his 30-room house.
As heir to the throne, Prince William has made it clear that he fully supports his father.
He and Kate were apparently concerned that Windsor would remain in their home after becoming a member, and that the property would be “forever tainted” if Andrew remained there.
William’s dislike of his uncle is said to have begun after Andrew made “rude” remarks about his wife Kate in the past, the royal biography claims.
Andrew Lownie, in his book titled: The Rise and Fall of the Yorks and first serialized in the Mail, quotes a source as saying Andrew was disrespectful towards the now Princess of Wales.
The exact nature of the statements is unknown.
The source is quoted as saying: ‘He [William] he also hates Andrew’s ex-wife Sarah and can’t wait for the day when his father throws them both out.
‘If Charles doesn’t do this, I guarantee you the first thing William will do when he becomes king is to have them evacuated.’

It’s no secret that the heir to the throne has become increasingly bitter towards his uncle in recent years, following a series of scandals that have damaged the royal family’s reputation.
Chief among them was his friendship with Epstein, which continued after the billionaire was convicted of sexual crimes against a teenage girl and saw trafficking victim Virginia Giuffre claim she was forced to have sex with the royal family three times.
Recent revelations, including friendly emails Andrew and Sarah sent to Epstein after they claimed they had broken off their relationship, and details of how the pedophile financed Sarah’s lifestyle amid mounting debts, have created tensions even with their daughters.
In his book, Lownie adds that William was furious after Andrew and Sarah turned up for the Duchess of Kent’s funeral in September when they were not expected to attend.
Lownie wrote: ‘Meanwhile, friends said, William was ‘furious’ at being thus ambushed.
‘He was trying to get away from his uncle and not to be photographed with him.
‘He believes that his father has not been firm enough towards him and that Andrew and Sarah Ferguson have done too much to undermine the good work of other members of the Royal Family.’
Before Andrew was stripped of his royal titles, William and Kate backed the King, saying they also wanted him kicked out of Windsor.
William, 43, is said to have been pushing for Andrew and his ex-wife to be evicted from the Royal Lodge in Windsor for years and is frustrated that it has fallen into disrepair in recent months.
The former Duke of York and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson now face moving to new homes.
Last night it emerged that the Prince and Princess of Wales are determined to push for Andrew’s exile following a long-running row over allegations made about Kate.

While Andrew heads to Sandringham Manor in Norfolk, Sarah will have to make her own arrangements and is even rumored to be considering moving abroad after weeks of scandal damaged the relationship between the former couple and their children.
Beatrice and Eugenie will retain their princess titles and membership in the House of York, but they are said to be deeply disappointed in their parents but also very concerned about their father’s mental health.
Meanwhile, the book also claimed that William’s estranged brother, Harry, the Duke of Sussex, had a similarly poor relationship with his uncle.
He is said to have told his brother that he ‘hated’ Andrew; A source said Harry had previously called him an “a**hole” and an “idiot”.
Last night it emerged that the King is ‘gravely concerned’ that the future of the monarchy will be at risk unless he takes decisive action to exile his beleaguered brother.
This was despite concerns from family members about the impact it might have on Andrew, who is said to have become a recluse at the Royal Lodge in recent weeks.

William, who has long been a mental health campaigner, is understood to be particularly concerned about his uncle’s health.
Concerns were also voiced privately by other family members, including Andrew’s siblings Prince Edward and Princess Anne.
However, the King and his wife Queen Camilla, who have long campaigned for those affected by domestic and sexual violence, were also determined to publicly show their support for victims and survivors of ‘all forms of abuse’.
Andrew’s move to Sandringham, one of the monarch’s private estates, means Charles can continue to support his brother financially.
The Daily Mail understands it will likely be weeks before he moves out, while plans are being made to give him a new home.
It is unlikely that his ex-wife Sarah will move in with him. Their daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, are also said to be “devastated” by the scandal, with friends saying they both appear to be on the verge of a humiliating public meltdown.
Former press secretary Ailsa Anderson, a senior former aide to Queen Elizabeth, told the Daily Mail last night: ‘His humiliation is complete.
‘The Palace’s statement was absolutely unprecedented and decisive, and rightly so.
‘I’m so glad Queen Elizabeth wasn’t here to see this. He was all about duty and service. It was never about me. For him it was always about his country.’
Another former royal aide said of Andrew: ‘It’s ironic that for someone obsessed with status and status, the only remaining titles are “Randy Andy” and “Air Miles Andrew” which no one misses.
‘He will only be remembered as the most infamous royal of his generation.’
