Sharon Osbourne smiles with her son Jack as he makes his first public appearance since welcoming new born daughter at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards

Sharon Osbourne looked cheerful as she joined her son Jack at Elton John’s Oscar viewing party on Sunday.
The 73-year-old television star was among stars who attended the hitmaker’s annual bash, which raises money for the AIDS charity.
And Sharon attended the event with her son, as it was her first public appearance since the birth of her newborn daughter earlier this month.
In a sweet red carpet shot, Sharon looked up at her son as they shared a knowing look together.
Sharon kept it chic for the evening in a black suit with an open-collared white shirt and a white rose brooch.
Jack, meanwhile, looked dapper in an all-black suit and had surprisingly bright eyes considering his busy few weeks.

Jack and his wife Aree announced that they gave birth to their daughter on March 5 and named the newborn baby after her late father, Ozzy Osbourne.
Revealing his name, Jack captioned the post: “Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne,” a heartfelt tribute to the late rock star.
While friends and fans rushed to the comments to send their congratulations, she added to her Story: ‘He’s arrived and he’s perfect.’
Jack’s father Ozzy died at the age of 76 on July 22, 2025, just 17 days after playing his final concert with his UK band Black Sabbath, for which Jack and the entire Osbourne family traveled from Los Angeles to Birmingham.
Jack and Aree announced they were expecting their second child together in December, shortly after Jack appeared on I’m A Celeb. They are already parents to their three-year-old daughter, Maple.
Meanwhile, Sharon posted: It’s a heartbreaking decision to move from the house in Buckinghamshire where Ozzy is buried.
Ozzy was purchased by Ozzy and Sharon in 1993. He was buried in the grounds of the Grade II-listed Buckinghamshire Welders Home, while the couple’s three children, Aimee, Jack and Kelly, and their five grandchildren returned home to Los Angeles.

Sharon made the heartbreaking decision to move from her home in Buckinghamshire, where Ozzy is buried.
After spending the Christmas holidays with her children in Los Angeles, Sharon has now decided to split her time evenly between her UK home and her new flat in Los Angeles, spending ‘at least half the year’ in the West Coast, according to The Sun.
According to one source, the move may become permanent, with the expectation that “within a few years he will likely be spending most of his time in the US again.”
Sharon is also a doting grandmother to Jack’s daughters Pearl, Andy Rose, Minnie Theodora and Maple Artemis, as well as Kelly’s young son Sydney, and misses being a part of their daily lives, insiders say.
Sharon, who worked alongside Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh on the now-defunct ITV show The X Factor, has a large network in Los Angeles, where she and Ozzy lived for 20 years.
Their popular reality show, The Osbournes, which ran from 2002 to 2005, was filmed primarily at the family home in the prestigious Hancock Park neighborhood of Beverly Hills.
But Ozzy, who grew up in Aston, Birmingham, had always insisted he wanted to return to England to die.
As her health declined, the US property was put on the market with an asking price of $18 million, prompting Sharon to undertake renovations to ensure their UK home would suit her growing needs.
He planned to add a ‘rehabilitation wing’ to help her learn to walk again and had an extension built for a nurse’s quarters for an on-site caregiver to provide 24-hour care.
The refurbishment also included a ‘health and wellbeing exercise studio’, an ‘art studio suite’ and a ‘poolhouse conservatory’ complete with spa, wet room and changing area.
To ensure Ozzy’s special accommodations, a 2.4 meter high fence was installed to keep him away from prying eyes and CCTV monitoring his grounds was upgraded.
