At the end of 2019, Rachael de Foe was burned, so he received a belief splash that many of them dreamed of but never did: he left his nine -five jobs without lining up.

Today, the 31 -year -old is working as a fractional communication president through the public relations and communication company Redefy, which he started in 2020. What he hadn’t expected was to allow him to double his income at the end of this leap in the dark.

‘I have no plan’
De Foe thought that it would take some time to open it in the holiday season before he found another job in the new year.

Some Ad Hoc started as a freelance work, it turned into the next part of his career. He joined his own company and became a fractional communication president.
Why should you choose a fractional job?
While free workers are hired to carry out certain projects or hourly tasks, fractional workers are more buried in a business – usually helps manage the general strategy in a company.
