King Charles Says Cancer Treatment Will Be Reduced After Progress

On Friday, King Charles announced in an emotional televised speech that doctors were scaling back his cancer treatment plan after receiving a positive response.

According to the New York Post, he said in his speech: “Today, I can share with you the good news that my own cancer treatment program can be shortened in the new year, thanks to early diagnosis, effective intervention and compliance with doctors’ instructions.”
Charles, 77, was diagnosed with an unspecified form of cancer last February.
Friday’s announcement came as part of a national cancer awareness campaign in Britain.
