Silent Killer Strikes Again: Israel’s Mossad Eliminates Hezbollah Commander In Lebanon | World News

Israel’s intelligence agency, Mossad, carried out another high-precision operation, this time in Beirut, Lebanon. Israel targets leaders of groups it sees as threats. In its latest attack, Israel eliminated Hezbollah’s top commander in Beirut.
Based on intelligence provided by the Mossad, the Israeli Air Force launched a targeted airstrike on the Lebanese capital, killing Ali Tabatabai, Hezbollah’s Chief of Staff and one of the key planners behind many attacks on Israel. The USA had put a reward of 5 million dollars on Tabatabai. In today’s DNA episode, Zee News Editor-in-Chief Rahul Sinha analyzed Mossad’s attack on Hezbollah commander:

Although Mossad has carried out many high-profile operations in the past, the precision of this attack attracted global attention.
How Did Mossad Plan the Attack?
Video footage from Beirut shows the densely populated neighborhood where Tabatabai was hiding. Narrow streets lined with tall residential buildings made it an extremely difficult place for any direct attack. The Israeli attack is notable because only the specific apartment housing Tabatabai was destroyed, while the rest of the building remained intact; This indicates a highly sensitive operation in which no civilian casualties were reported on account.
The Israeli Air Force also released footage showing the moment of the coup, the fire that broke out after the attack, and the collapse of the targeted apartment.
Tabatabai’s Layered Security
Hezbollah has reportedly established a comprehensive security system around Tabatabai:
- Multi-layered security teams surrounded him at all times.
- Every place he visited had signal jammers installed in advance.
- Several decoy convoys moved ahead and behind him to create confusion about his movements.
- The areas where he stayed were “phone-free zones” where mobile use was not allowed.
- His sleeping place changed every night and he never returned to the same place the next day.
- He held meetings in different buildings every day and did not have a fixed office.
Mossad’s Use of Artificial Intelligence and Field Agents
Mossad’s agents have orders to track Tabatabai, who is largely invisible to satellites, drones, and cameras. To overcome this, Mossad built a new AI-based system designed not to directly track a person, but to analyze patterns of human behavior:
- Sudden increases in electricity usage in an area
- Activating nearby phone jammers
- Roads are mysteriously cleaned on the same day every week
- Curtains fall on the balconies at unusual hours such as 02:00 at night.
By combining these indicators, the AI system narrowed down the target to one of three buildings in southwestern Beirut.
After the AI flagged the possibilities, Mossad mobilized its agents in the field. An agent observed two guards outside a particular apartment; the guards were known to be closely associated with Tabatabai and were only deployed when she was there. Since the building was in a civilian area, Israeli forces could not risk a major attack.
Mossad then used a very small, bird-sized drone to confirm Tabatabai’s presence in the apartment.
