JJ McCarthy shines on debut as Vikings rally to edge Bears in their NFL opener

The 22-year-old boy started with a bad note while he was throwing a 74-meter pick under Chicago 17-6. However, McCarthy grabbed his nerves on his way back and returned and led to a late fluctuation with three goals in the fourth quarter to close an unforgettable first match in the league. McCarthy went to 143 yars 13 with two goals crossing and finally added a hurry score that seal the victory.
“Surreal,” McCarthy said after the match. “I can’t be more proud of your first NFL win and the men.
“I was proud of how we responded because there will be too many brave games in the future.”
“Win, I will remember the most,” McCarthy said, “Being in your country, this dream takes place and is possible for all children outside. I just love my men and I can’t wait to go to war next week.”
McCarthy was in the element of inspiring blockers and buyers while talking to them even if not on the field in the last minutes of the game. McCarthy, who wounded his right directory in the 2024 season before the season, missed the whole season of the rookie campaign.
Chicago Game Striver Caleb Williams scored a goal with nine help in the middle of the first quarter and closed a 61 yard driving driving 6 to 6 in 51 yard 6. Williams made a striking start when completing the first 10 transition – the best and longest line to open the Bears season since 1978.
At the beginning of the third quarter, McCarthy’s Drive ended with a disaster when the former Viking Nahshon Wright seized him and returned to 74 meters for a bear goal, and extended the leadership up to 17-6.
McCarthy ranked fourth in the fourth place, Justin Jefferson found Aaron Jones with a 13-yard strike and a 27-yard goal, and then hit the Adam Thielen to give Minnesota 9:46 to 20-17 advantage. Later, he scored 14 goals in the rally and went ahead up to 27-17.
Caleb Williams cut off Roman Odunze by scoring a single half, but when he stayed slightly more than two minutes, the Vikings held the ownership and finished the clock to seal the 27-24 victory.
