Singer DELAROSA shot dead in Los Angeles during ambush-style killing

Rising Latin music star and influencer DELAROSA was shot dead and two other people were seriously injured in an ambush-style attack in Los Angeles.
The shooting occurred just before 1:30 a.m. Saturday in Northridge in the San Fernando Valley.
LAPD officials on Monday identified 22-year-old Maria De La Rosa, known to fans by the stage name DELAROSA, as the victim as part of an ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
Gunmen reportedly approached a parked vehicle and opened fire on the occupants of the vehicle in what police suspect was a gang-related attack.
“Witnesses described seeing two male suspects approach a vehicle parked on Bryant Street,” the LAPD said in a statement Monday. he said.
‘Multiple shots were fired at several victims who parked their vehicles in the area.’
Police said three people were inside the car when the shooting started. All three were shot.
The attack took place on Bryant Street, just east of Tampa Boulevard, a quiet block of the Northridge neighborhood.

While detectives searched the neighborhood, the department did not say whether the attack appeared to be targeted, random or connected to a larger conflict.
