Skill summit in Kochi on August 29, 30

Prime Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will open the Kerala Global Summit in Grand Hyatt on Friday.

The event organized by Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-Disc) is part of the efforts to open job opportunities for students from various higher education institutions through skill training. According to a statement, the state government’s Vijnana Keralam project set a target of campus settlements for approximately a Lakh student.

The summit will discuss various issues such as training, work and skill development for the future. He said that six sessions will be held as part of the program, which will be finalized on August 30th.
