Snow moon to illuminate skies tonight but will cloud spoil the view?

Weather fronts moving north-east across the UK caused rain in many places on Sunday.
Some of this will continue Sunday night; Particularly abundant cloudiness may disrupt some moongazers’ plans.
The cloudiest conditions are likely to be seen in east Wales, central, eastern and northern England and eastern and northern Scotland.
Western Scotland, Northern Ireland, West Wales and the south-west of England have the best chance of seeing clear spells from time to time.
Don’t forget you can check the latest hourly forecast for your area on the BBC Weather website and app.
If you managed to spot the moon and want to take a photo, be sure to turn off your phone’s flash, enable night mode, and use ambient light.
If you miss the full moon overnight, a nearly full moon will still be visible for a few days after peak.
