Society Achieves Progress Only When Girl Child Empowered, Protected: Naidu
Amaravati: A society can achieve real progress only when girls are empowered, protected and given equal opportunities to succeed, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said on Saturday. Commemorating ‘National Girl Child Day’, the prime minister said today is an opportunity for people to rededicate themselves to the cause of empowering girls.
“Greetings to everyone on National Girl Child Day,” Naidu wrote in his post on he said. He also observed that girls should be provided with equal opportunities and be enabled to be an active part of nation building.
