Sociology student from Mumbai wins Srinivas Rayaprol Poetry Prize 2025 

Mumbashira Patel, a 26 -year -old sociology student at Mumbai, won the 2025 Srinivas Rayaprol Poetry Award.

He was selected from 126 entries by a jury who was two faculty members of the Department of English at the Department of English at the University of Haydarabad.

Abhilipsa Sahoo, another entrance from Bhubaneswar, took the special word of the jury. The Srinivas Rayaprol Poetry Award was founded in 2009 to recognize the perfection of poets in the 20-40 age group in British poetry.

The award, including the Atf and Cash Prize, will mark Srinivas Rayaprol’s birthday on October 25th.
