Antisocial behaviour leaves locals feeling unsafe

People living in Portsmouth made permanent antisocial behaviors from BBC to Johnson feel insecure in their homes.

Residents say that problems such as noise, vandalism, graffiti, fly tilling, drug trafficking and abuse make them feel like prisoners.

The government promises more rhythm to more neighborhood officers and offers “respect orders” to give police and councils more power to combat repetitive criminals.

The officers admit that they are stretched and they cannot respond to every call, some residents disappointed, and they are so nervous, they no longer report to the police.
