Mayon Volcano in the Philippines erupted with smoke, filling the sky, as seen in the picture on Saturday.

After the explosion, dense smoke surrounded Sua, Çamalig and Albay regions.

In a clip shared online, the sky turns completely black, bringing darkness to the region in the middle of the day.

“Level 3 Warning remains in effect over Mayon Volcano. Entry into the 6 km Permanent Danger Zone should be prohibited,” the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said in a statement.
