Karakas: The tensions between Venezuela and the United States have concentrated in recent weeks. China offered Venezuela a package of 20 J-10C jet. Purchase may allow Venezuela to challenge the influence of the US while reshaping military configurations in South America.

The J-10C is a 4.5 generation multi-fighter aircraft equipped with modern systems. Features include advanced active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar, helmet mounted targeting and digital avionics designed to survive in electronic war environments. Equipped with long-range PL-15 missiles that can hit targets 200 kilometers away, the J-10C is considered a high fatal.

Pakistan’s experience with J-10C shows its operational efficiency. The Chinese warrior was integrated into the Pakistani Air Force and has been successfully performed in exercises and operational distribution.
