‘South lost, women betrayed due to Congress’: Karandlaje

Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje accused the Congress and INDIA alliance of “betraying” women and southern states by opposing key legal measures in Parliament.

At a press conference at the State BJP office on Sunday, she termed April 17, 2026 as a “Dark Day” in the history of Indian women, claiming that the Rahul Gandhi-led alliance had “cheated” both women and South India.
