Special Committees Formed to Tackle Stray Dog Issue in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: Commissioner Dhyanachandra said on Saturday that the municipal corporation has formed special committees to resolve problems related to stray dogs in all 64 wards.

Each committee will consist of four members, chaired by a health inspector, and will include animal lovers, representatives of established welfare associations and local residents. The committees will work at ward level to address complaints and coordinate measures to manage stray dog ​​concerns.

The commissioner urged citizens to report issues to relevant neighborhood committees for quick resolution.
