Spencer Pratt seizes on homelessness remarks by Karen Bass, blasts Democrat for failures

Pratt said of Bass, “NGOs who steal billions of our tax money to increase the number of naked drug addicts on our sidewalks. He is also complicit.” “So I believe that maybe that’s the only honest thing he’s ever said, yeah, they’re all guilty.”
The controversy stems from one point CNN interview with Bass St. A former hospital on the St. Vincent Behavioral Health Campus that is planned to become a mental health and housing facility.
