Stanley prepares a yum cha menu every luncheon Monday through Saturday, but on Sundays it turns into more of an event, with a $59 yum cha feast or $158 champagne option starting at 11:30 a.m. and DJs spinning on the restaurant’s riverside deck.
The menu includes dishes such as shrimp and chive fritters; wagyu xiao long bao; steamed barbecue pork buns with chili jam; and pork and shrimp dumplings served with aromatic broth or spicy sichuan with peanuts and sesame.
Two hours of free-flow Louis Roederer are added to the Champagne package.
