Stephen Bear breaks down in tears as he reveals his dad Stephen Snr has died just weeks after sharing he’s set to become a father

Stephen Bear has announced the death of his beloved father Stephen Snr.

The former Ex On The Beach star, 36, burst into tears as she shared the news of her father’s death on Instagram on Thursday, describing her pain as the ‘most painful feeling’.

Stephen, who shared last month that he was preparing to become a father this year, also shared his father’s sadness that he would not be able to meet his grandson.

He went on to describe his father as his ‘hero’ and ‘best friend’ before asking his followers for help to ease his pain.

Stephen said: ‘It sounds so strange even saying this, but unfortunately my father passed away yesterday.

‘And I have to say it was probably the most painful feeling you could ever imagine, my dad was the most wonderful person you would ever meet, funny, caring, kindest hearted, best stories, if you came to my house he would always make you feel welcome.

Stephen, who shared last month that he was preparing to become a father this year, also shared his father’s sadness that he would not be able to meet his grandson.

‘He always wanted to help people and I didn’t get much sleep, I just don’t know if it’s right or wrong how to act to be honest with you.

‘[I’m] I’m sitting on my couch, I’m going to go for a walk with my wife soon, and if there’s someone there who has lost a father or a family member before, how long does it take for that feeling to go away?

‘My dad and I had so many plans, so many plans, and we talked on the phone every day. I was excited to come home and go for a walk in the park with the baby, and I wanted my dad to hold my baby.

‘And life can stop at any moment; If you are lucky enough to have your mother or father alive, enjoy them, truly enjoy every moment you spend with them.

‘If anyone has any ideas on how to deal with this feeling I don’t know how long it will take for it to pass but I thought I would tell everyone what was going on and just literally ignore the whole thing and disappear.

‘But I worry that going in and sometimes it’s better to just talk about things, some people just write how they feel. I’m actually not the best at writing. If you’ve ever lost your mother or father, DM me how you’re coping.’

Stephen shared a video of his father relaxing in the garden with him and captioned his post: ‘You are my best friend. I’m so lucky to be able to call you my father. There will never be anyone like you.

‘You were my hero, I will think of you every day and I will never forget you. Thank you for everything and for being a part of my life. ‘I will love you forever, daddy.’

Last month, Stephen announced that he and his wife of 19 years, Miami, were expecting their first child together.

In the clip, Stephen said: ‘Hello friends, today we’re going to share with you some really exciting news going on in our lives. Should I say it or do you want to say it?’

The former reality star also shared a recent clip of herself and her dad driving together

He described his father as his ‘hero’ and ‘best friend’ before asking his followers for help to ease his pain.

Miami then said: ‘Guys, we’re having a baby’ as Stephen cheered. He added: ‘We can confirm the baby is three months old, the doctor says he is fit and healthy.

‘I’ve been wanting to tell you so many things for a few weeks, but it will be three months before I announce the news. I’m over the moon.

‘We won’t find out the gender of the baby yet, but since I’m British and you’re Brazilian and I’m really good at football, we’ve decided that our baby will play for the Brazilian national football team.’

The couple then held up a tiny yellow baby figure of the Brazilian football team with ‘Bear’ and the number nine on the back.

‘Guys, a new Bear is on the way!’ Stephen said. Stephen also shared images of Miami’s scan and the baby’s heartbeat.

Alongside the post, Stephen wrote: ‘So excited to announce that me and my beautiful wife are having a baby!!! “I can’t wait to be a father.”

Former Ex On The Beach star Stephen revealed he and Miami got married in July.

While the Celebrity Big Brother winner wore a pink suit at the ceremony, his new wife chose a low-cut white lace wedding dress.

Bear, who boasted that he moved to Brazil to live in Miami in January, titled his post “MY WEDDING”. Mr. and Mrs. BEAR.’

The ceremony took place 18 months after his ex-Love Island girlfriend Georgia Harrison was released from HMP Brixton last January, where he was sentenced to 21 months in prison for sharing a sex tape.

Since her release after serving half her sentence, she now makes a living as an adult content creator on the X-rated subscription site OnlyFans, selling explicit videos of herself for $20 a pop.

It is not known exactly when the couple met, but Bear revealed he had moved to Brazil with his new girlfriend in January last year and boasted: ‘The police can’t catch me anymore.’

In a terrifying video shared from the beach, he boasted: ‘Life is good. I thought I’d come here and say I love you all, it’s that simple. I love you all.

‘Stay true, because this year I’m fully active, I don’t have a driver’s license. The police may still be after me, but I’m in Brazil. They can’t catch me anymore. Catch me if you can.’

Sipping his beer, he added: ‘I’m just resting, my license is up, the police are done. Now I can be left completely alone, ready to enjoy my life. All my conditions have been removed. ‘Now I can share on social media, that was the main requirement, I could monitor this space.’

Bear also boasted that he was on a Brazilian beach with his much younger girlfriend at 3.40pm.

Turning the camera to his girlfriend, he said: ‘I’m in Brazil, I don’t know if you heard. This is my 18 year old Latina girlfriend, say hi baby.

‘We’re just hanging out, I have eight music videos to shoot while I’m in Brazil. ‘I’m thinking of looking at a property while I’m here.’

Blowing a kiss to the camera, she added: ‘As they say in Brazil, te amo, ciao. That means I love you, goodbye.’

Bear previously caused outrage when he poked fun at his revenge porn feud with Love Island star ex Harrison.

Bear was answering questions from fans in a YouTube video; one of which was his views on revenge porn.

The bear laughed, imitating a meowing cat: ‘Wow, it’s so spicy! WI finally got something really sweet question, get your popcorn ready, it’s going to be a lot of fun.’

He continued: ‘My opinion on revenge porn…’, before launching into a mimetic rant, but not before speaking out loud.

In 2023, Bear, from Loughton, Essex, was jailed after a jury found him guilty of voyeurism and disclosing intimate, sexual photographs and films.

He was also ordered to pay £22,305, which prosecutors estimated he earned by illegally sharing the images on OnlyFans.

Harrison, who waived his right to anonymity while campaigning for tougher laws on revenge porn, told the Proceeds of Crime hearing at the time: ‘I had to live in fear that this would come out and my family would find out.

‘It was just like the worst feeling you could imagine. I felt violated, ashamed; ‘I hated myself for a really long time.’

The criminal trial heard how Harrison and Bear had consensual sex at his Loughton home, but the Love Island star did not know they were being filmed and did not give permission for the film to be shared.

Bear showed no remorse for his crime, instead making the bizarre claim that his trial was ‘fixed’.
