Royal insider gives interesting verdict on Prince George’s future education | Royal | News

Prince George may only be 12 years old, but big decisions are already being made about his future. While he currently attends Lambrook School with his siblings Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7, this will change next September.
Because the second-in-line prince to the throne will then move on to secondary school. Although not yet confirmed, the secondary school of choice is believed to be Eton College, where her father Prince William studied.
In secondary school, the prince will have to start thinking about what path he will take next, with royal insiders already predicting what his next move will be.
Former royal butler Grant Harrold said he thought George would go to university after secondary school.
This is something both her parents, Prince William and Princess Kate, did; University was where they met and rekindled their love.
Conversation with online learning platform Dog StudyHarrold, who was King Charles’ butler between 2004 and 2011, said: “I think he (Prince George) will go to university.
“William enjoyed university and the children seem to enjoy school and the education they received. The question is whether he will join the armed forces.”
While it’s too early to speculate which university George might attend, the University of St Andrews in Scotland is also likely to be on the cards.
This is because it is the university that both William and Kate attended.
It is also a popular university with other royals, and William’s cousin Lady Louise also attended.
While the prince has yet to complete his secondary and university education, it has not even been confirmed whether George will go to university.
