A napping mishap led to a nursing student winning a huge lottery jackpot.

That’s when he decided not to go back to sleep and instead chose to go to a local Walmart; where he used the $1 he earned from his previous scratch ticket to buy a Rolling Cash 5 ticket.

The game holds daily drawings and rewards players who match two or more of five winning numbers drawn, according to lottery officials.

The woman’s timing was apparently impeccable: She bought her ticket just nine minutes before the nightly draw at 7 p.m.

After returning home, the woman checked her ticket, which contained that evening’s winning numbers: 4-8-11-21-23. Incredibly, he matched all five, meaning he won the game’s $130,000 jackpot.

The woman said her win felt like it “was meant to be” because of the perfect timing of the night.

He told Ohio Lottery officials that he planned to use his prize to pay off some of his debt, buy a new car and add to his savings. She also said the prize money gives her some leeway and will allow her to work less while she finishes her nursing degree.

The nursing student’s total prize money, before state and federal taxes of 26.75%, was $95,225.
