Princess Kate and Prince William will attend Duchess of Kent’s funeral | Royal | News

Kensington Palace, the Prince of Wales and the princess will join the Duchess of City in this afternoon. Prince William and Princess Kate will be among a series of royal royal 43, 43, Westminster Cathedral, and King Charles and Queen Camilla are preparing to join.

The funeral will start today at 14.00 and will celebrate the first Catholic funeral for a member of the royal family since the reform. Members of the Duchess family, including her husband’s Duke of Kent, were seen outside the cathedral last night when Duchess’s straw coffin arrived.

The funeral comes 12 days after Duchess died in Kensington Palace’s house on 4 September.

In a statement published the day after Duchess’ death, Buckingham Palace said: “Buckingham Palace announced the death of the royal Excavation of the Kent.

“All members of the king and the queen and the royal family remind the Duke of City, their children and grandchildren, and to all the organizations, passion for music and young people in which Duchess is associated with love.”

After the service today, the coffin funeral will be taken to the private royal burial area in Frogmore in Windsor, the last resting place of Duchess.

A series of roys have been buried here for years, including the Duke of Windsor (formerly VIII).

Princess Alexandra’s husband, Sir Angus Ogilvy, was buried in 2005.
